  《食療本草》是我國(guó)現(xiàn)存較早的食療專著,也是世界上現(xiàn)存較早的食療專著,后世多有引用,是一部研究食療和營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)的重要文獻(xiàn)。它與《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》《傷寒雜病論》《千金要方》《本草綱目》等一樣,都是中華醫(yī)學(xué)典籍中的瑰寶。它集古代食療之大成,與現(xiàn)代營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)的原理相一致,在我國(guó)和世界醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展中有深遠(yuǎn)影響。明代大醫(yī)學(xué)家李時(shí)珍在撰寫(xiě)《本草綱目》時(shí),也大量引用了《食療本草》的原文。這說(shuō)明《食療本草》成書(shū)后,對(duì)唐末、宋代、明代乃至清代的眾多醫(yī)家都產(chǎn)生了重要而深遠(yuǎn)的影響。迄今為止,它也是研究食療、飲食養(yǎng)生的必不可少的一部著作。我們要注意的是,文中認(rèn)為有藥用價(jià)值的植物、動(dòng)物及其海產(chǎn)品,有些并不代表有醫(yī)療奇效,而是因?yàn)楣糯贬t(yī)少藥,只能用其替代;有些其藥用效果值得商榷,可能是因?yàn)殡S著自然環(huán)境的變化,或者是因?yàn)槿梭w的抵抗力加強(qiáng)了,讓它們失去了應(yīng)有的藥用功效;還有些其藥用效果需要進(jìn)一步科學(xué)確認(rèn)。另外,文中涉及很多保護(hù)動(dòng)物,有的已經(jīng)瀕臨滅絕,國(guó)家明令禁止捕殺、交易。對(duì)于已經(jīng)被廣泛認(rèn)同的藥用價(jià)值,人們已經(jīng)研究出相應(yīng)的替代品,有的藥用效果甚至超出了動(dòng)物本身。希望讀者認(rèn)識(shí)到這點(diǎn),杜絕捕殺保護(hù)動(dòng)物違法事件的發(fā)生。如今,隨著大眾生活水平的提高,人們?cè)陲嬍成弦卜浅W⒅仞B(yǎng)生。另外,很多疾病就是由于生活方式不當(dāng)尤其是飲食不當(dāng)引起的。所以,人們注意到要挖掘中醫(yī)的養(yǎng)生方法,尤其是飲食養(yǎng)生方法以及食療方法,開(kāi)始關(guān)注飲食與健康的關(guān)系。從這點(diǎn)來(lái)說(shuō),《食療本草》具有非常積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。

作者簡(jiǎn)介

  孟詵(公元621年—公元713年),唐代汝州梁縣新豐鄉(xiāng)子平里人(今河南省汝州市陵頭鎮(zhèn)孟莊村),著名學(xué)者、醫(yī)學(xué)家、飲食家,其著作《食療本草》集古代食療之大成,與現(xiàn)代營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)相統(tǒng)一,為我國(guó)和世界醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展作出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。孟詵被譽(yù)為世界食療學(xué)的鼻祖。莊展鑫,畢業(yè)于澳門(mén)科技大學(xué)(中醫(yī)專業(yè)),后攻讀安徽中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)碩士研究生(方劑學(xué)專業(yè)),在《內(nèi)蒙古中醫(yī)藥雜志》發(fā)表論文“《醫(yī)林改錯(cuò)》現(xiàn)代研究概況”;在《中醫(yī)藥臨床雜志》發(fā)表“方向明驗(yàn)方平喘寧治療冷哮機(jī)制闡釋”。現(xiàn)工作于深圳市中醫(yī)院針灸科,臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富。擁有國(guó)家中醫(yī)執(zhí)業(yè)醫(yī)師、國(guó)家執(zhí)業(yè)藥師考試證書(shū)。
