  本書是一本專門論述西南地區(qū)紅層的學(xué)術(shù)著作,其內(nèi)容依托作者自20世界末至今在鐵路、公路、房建等領(lǐng)域內(nèi)所從事的多個科研項目,綜合了目前已經(jīng)成熟的關(guān)于紅層的基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用理論,并收錄了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于紅層的新的研究成果。其既有深入的理論創(chuàng)新,又綜合了目前已經(jīng)成熟的和前沿的研究成果;既有對紅層崩解性、軟化流變性、溶蝕腐蝕性、膨脹性等特殊的巖土性質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)性和實驗性的研究,又有對紅層邊坡、路基、隧道、地下等工程的實際應(yīng)用。由于其兼顧了基礎(chǔ)性和應(yīng)用性、創(chuàng)新性和綜合性,對巖土及地質(zhì)專業(yè)學(xué)者、學(xué)生和從業(yè)人員都有較高的參考價值。

作者簡介

  謝強,男,西南交通大學(xué)地球科學(xué)與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。曾任西南交通大學(xué)地質(zhì)工程系副主任,西南交通大學(xué)科技處處長。已主持國家、省部級和其它項目30余項,出版學(xué)術(shù)專著、教材6部。
