　　中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院國際合作局主要職責如下：負責組織開展全院國際合作戰(zhàn)略研究，負責制定和修訂國際合作規(guī)劃、國際合作和外事管理有關規(guī)章制度并監(jiān)督實行；負責我院與外國農(nóng)業(yè)科研機構(gòu)（大學）、國際組織、區(qū)域組織、非政府組織以及跨國公司、基金會、專業(yè)協(xié)會等私營部門的農(nóng)業(yè)合作與交流；負責我院與香港特別行政區(qū)、澳門特別行政區(qū)的農(nóng)業(yè)科技合作與交流；負責我院多、雙邊科技合作諒解備忘錄、協(xié)議、合同的起草、報批及簽署；負責我院多、雙邊國際合作項目的申報、立項、組織、實施與管理以及由我院發(fā)起的重大國際科學計劃的策劃與組織工作；負責我院國際合作平臺（聯(lián)合實驗室或聯(lián)合研究中心）和國際合作基地的管理工作，組織開展對擬建國際合作平臺和基地的調(diào)研、談判、申報和建設；負責與國內(nèi)相關部委外事工作的聯(lián)絡與協(xié)商；負責海外智力與資源引進、合作工作；負責落實推動農(nóng)業(yè)科技“走出去”相關工作；負責統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)院重大國際合作活動，包括院領導出訪、接待國外重要代表團來訪的組織工作，策劃和組織召開重要國際、國內(nèi)會議等；負責本院人員因公護照、赴港澳通行證等因公出國（境）證件、出國（境）簽證（注）以及邀請外國人來華邀請信的申辦與管理工作；負責國際組織和國外農(nóng)業(yè)科研機構(gòu)駐華代表處的業(yè)務聯(lián)系及日常管理工作；負責管理全院涉外事務及外事服務，對院屬各單位國際合作及外事活動進行業(yè)務指導與協(xié)調(diào)，負責指導我院外事宣傳工作；負責領導和管理掛靠我院與國際農(nóng)業(yè)科技合作相關的中國農(nóng)業(yè)科技國際交流協(xié)會、合作協(xié)調(diào)機構(gòu)秘書處、辦公室和國家聯(lián)系點等；承辦上級與院領導交辦的其他工作。
