本報(bào)告由普惠金融概述、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與挑戰(zhàn)、實(shí)踐案例與可借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)、展望與建議等四部分組成。*章，總結(jié)梳理普惠金融概念與體系，發(fā)展歷程、目標(biāo)和原則，初步搭建普惠金融理論框架；第二章，結(jié)合亞洲地域遼闊、國(guó)家與人口眾多、資源稟賦差異大、經(jīng)濟(jì)金融發(fā)展水平參差不齊、普惠金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀各不相同的特點(diǎn)，研究和總結(jié)亞洲各國(guó)普惠金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與成果、面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與挑戰(zhàn)；第三章，重點(diǎn)整理亞洲普惠金融實(shí)踐案例與可借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)；第四章，展望亞洲普惠金融發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，提出有利于亞洲普惠金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展相關(guān)建議。本報(bào)告選定亞洲區(qū)域代表性經(jīng)濟(jì)體──中國(guó)、日本、韓國(guó)、馬來(lái)西亞、孟加拉國(guó)、印度、沙特阿拉伯、巴基斯坦、蒙古、老撾、柬埔寨、哈薩克斯坦等十二個(gè)國(guó)家為重點(diǎn)研究對(duì)象，在做好國(guó)別研究的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)分析各國(guó)發(fā)展模式的共性與差異，通過(guò)展現(xiàn)豐富詳實(shí)的實(shí)踐案例與可借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為亞洲普惠金融均衡、包容、可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供有力支撐。
