  本著作系國(guó)家社科基金后期資助項(xiàng)目(19FGLB018)的重要研究成果,全書(shū)分13章設(shè)計(jì)和呈現(xiàn)。-4章為立論基礎(chǔ)研究。首先闡釋“文旅融合”的產(chǎn)業(yè)背景與“生態(tài)文明”的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展并界定核心概念,接著探究基于復(fù)雜顧客體驗(yàn)的歷史街區(qū)價(jià)值認(rèn)知與測(cè)度問(wèn)題,以確立歷史街區(qū)復(fù)雜顧客體驗(yàn)價(jià)值分析框架。第5-8章主要探索歷史街區(qū)的旅游開(kāi)發(fā)模式選擇問(wèn)題。首先探究顧客體驗(yàn)價(jià)值形成與實(shí)現(xiàn)的二維路徑以及免費(fèi)體驗(yàn)?zāi)J降臓I(yíng)銷機(jī)理,構(gòu)建地區(qū)整合體驗(yàn)品牌化戰(zhàn)略框架,然后通過(guò)單案例、雙案例研究歸納我國(guó)城市歷史街區(qū)旅游價(jià)值開(kāi)發(fā)的典型模式。第9-12章重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行城市歷史街區(qū)的旅游價(jià)值“適度開(kāi)發(fā)”評(píng)價(jià)。首先通過(guò)質(zhì)性研究探討我國(guó)城市歷史街區(qū)的旅游價(jià)值“適度開(kāi)發(fā)”及其評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題,構(gòu)建模型,然后運(yùn)用重要性分析(IPA)、層次分析法(AHP)以及模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法進(jìn)行多案例研究與驗(yàn)證。第13章主要探討我國(guó)城市歷史街區(qū)的旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展對(duì)策。首先通過(guò)質(zhì)性研究分析遺產(chǎn)旅游資源的特點(diǎn),提煉遺產(chǎn)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵要素,然后依據(jù)問(wèn)題導(dǎo)向討論并構(gòu)建我國(guó)城市歷史街區(qū)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃及策略體系。

作者簡(jiǎn)介

  鄭銳洪,男,1966年2月出生,貴州遵義人,中山大學(xué)哲學(xué)學(xué)士、馬克思主義哲學(xué)碩士,中國(guó)人民大學(xué)商學(xué)院營(yíng)銷管理博士?,F(xiàn)天津工業(yè)大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院教授、碩士生導(dǎo)師,曾任天津工業(yè)大學(xué)管理學(xué)院企業(yè)管理系主任。主講本科《渠道管理》、《品牌管理》、《服務(wù)營(yíng)銷》以及MBA《營(yíng)銷管理》等課程,研究服務(wù)營(yíng)銷、體驗(yàn)營(yíng)銷與歷史文化街區(qū)旅游開(kāi)發(fā)等主題。主持國(guó)家社科基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng):我國(guó)城市歷史街區(qū)的旅游體驗(yàn)價(jià)值適度開(kāi)發(fā)研究(19FGLB018),主持省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng),發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文50余篇,出版專著1部(鄭銳洪著.中國(guó)營(yíng)銷理論與學(xué)派.首都經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)出版社,2010年),出版教材4部(其中1部為“十二五”重量規(guī)劃教材)。
