  當(dāng)調(diào)控珠蛋白鏈的基因發(fā)生突變、缺失、插入時(shí),就會(huì)產(chǎn)生異常珠蛋白鏈,由異常珠蛋白鏈所合成的血紅蛋白就被稱為異常血紅蛋白。這些異常血紅蛋白在結(jié)構(gòu)、功能、壽命上與正常的血紅蛋白存在一定的差異,異常血紅蛋白也可以合并地中海貧血,引起了明顯的臨床癥狀。目前國(guó)內(nèi)已廣泛采用毛細(xì)管電泳法篩查血紅蛋白病,并通過(guò)基因測(cè)序方法確認(rèn)異常血紅蛋白。本書(shū)的主要內(nèi)容可以分為如下兩大方面:一、概述:介紹血紅蛋白的定義,分子和蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)、各種血紅蛋白的功能和不同時(shí)期的表達(dá)濃度、檢測(cè)方法和注意事項(xiàng);二、案例和圖譜:每種異常血紅蛋白案例的基本信息、毛細(xì)管電泳圖譜(遷移或出峰時(shí)間、峰面積),相關(guān)紅細(xì)胞的檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)、測(cè)序圖譜和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)資料。

作者簡(jiǎn)介

  醫(yī)學(xué)博士,主任技師,檢驗(yàn)醫(yī)師,碩士生導(dǎo)師。任北京大學(xué)深圳醫(yī)院檢驗(yàn)科主任,1992年畢業(yè)于華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)學(xué)院,2001年獲瑞士蘇黎世大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)博士學(xué)位。中國(guó)老年病學(xué)會(huì)檢驗(yàn)分會(huì)常務(wù)委員,廣東省醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)檢驗(yàn)分會(huì)常務(wù)委員,廣東省醫(yī)師協(xié)會(huì)檢驗(yàn)醫(yī)師分會(huì)常委,廣東省中西醫(yī)結(jié)合學(xué)會(huì)檢驗(yàn)分會(huì)副主委,廣東省醫(yī)院管理協(xié)會(huì)臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理分會(huì)副主委,深圳市醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)檢驗(yàn)分會(huì)主任委員,深圳市醫(yī)師協(xié)會(huì)檢驗(yàn)醫(yī)師分會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)。
