  《中國(guó)大百科全書(shū)》第三版總編輯委員會(huì)統(tǒng)領(lǐng)的園藝學(xué)編委會(huì)作為本書(shū)的編纂團(tuán)隊(duì),由園藝學(xué)領(lǐng)域 科研單位專家及專業(yè)院校研究人員等組成,參與撰稿專家數(shù)百人。主編由中國(guó)園藝學(xué)會(huì)原理事長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院蔬菜花卉研究所原所長(zhǎng)、 大宗蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系首席科學(xué)家杜永臣擔(dān)任。
